About Radiant Nutrition
If you are seeking nutrition guidance for eating disorders or disordered eating, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), pregnancy, or weight and body image concerns, you have come to the right place! Other services include support for children, families and adults with food sensitivities, IBS, diabetes, and immune system issues.
My passion is helping people make sense of nutrition in relation to their health needs and desires. I take a holistic look at my clients stressors, both physical and emotional, and we work together to devise an individualized, behavior-based plan that is doable and enjoyable.
I have been practicing dietetics for over 25 years and my philosophy is science-based with a gentle, straight forward approach. It is from this mindset that I am confident you will find my practice a place of learning and healing.

I never thought the food I was eating could have such an effect on my body. I had tried every diet under the sun with no progress. My knees hurt, my feet hurt, I had no energy, and certain foods just did not agree with me. One day, a client of mine suggested I see a nutritionist to have a blood test done to determine if certain foods might be bothering me. I decided I would give it a try. Boy, am I glad I did! I have more energy, my feet and knees do no hurt, and I have lost weight. I'm so glad I made the decision to see Peggy Pratt to guide me on this journey.
Peggy has been such a blessing to me. She has given me a wealth of knowledge about how to take care of my body in a healthy way. I will never forget the principles she has taught me and would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to feel more confident about their food choices and feel better in their body.
When I met Peggy I felt out of control with food. Without judgement, she was able to meet me where I was and gently guide me into a better relationship with myself and with food. Peggy helped me explore my values and was able to motivate me through individualized and focused care to meet my specific needs. I'm now able to see food as nourishment vs. a way to cope with my emotions. I'm so thankful to be working toward FREEDOM with food!!
